Stage 6F & 6G Title registration and settlements occurred in late May. Housing construction has commenced.
Title Date: May 2026 – Complete.
Stage 7 Stage 7 construction is continuing with sewer and drainage underway.
Title Date: 2nd Quarter 2027.
Stage 9 The tender process for Stage 9 is currently being finalised. Construction is forecast to commence in Q3 2026.
Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2027.
